Part I- Toxins + Toxics + Pesticides= What should you know and How to defend yourself??

Welcome! Here mentioned is the subject of toxic substances.

What are these Toxic substances that affect us on a day to day basis?

What do we need to know and do about them??

You should know that the Human body is built to LAST! That's right, your body is designed to be in harmony with itself, always fighting diseases and any type of external/internal pathogen that tries to disturb its PEACEFUL STATE. Since nowadays the amount of abuse your body takes is so imense, be it from stress, chemicals, poisoined food, pesticides or even your soaps and shampoos that carry imense amounts of chemicals, the defenses of your body are greatly diminished and the consequences are not nice pictures.

I believe it is extremely important that you TAKE CHARGE of your own health because nobody will do it for you, and that includes your doctors. Excellent doctors are simply there to help you on your way to better understand your own health situation and many doctors don't even do that, they simply prescribe medications to COVER UP symptoms. There are excellent books about the industry of medications and prescriptions and its toxic effects on the Human body; any book with emphasis on natural ways of healing will probably mention something about this.

Here you will see some of the chemicals mostly found in your homes. You should be aware of them; and by cutting them off your life the result can be only one --- your path to a better health... which is HIGHLY BENEFICIAL.

I think a good way to begin is to show you a Toxic Chemical Fact Sheet from The Wisconsin Department of Health & Family Services. I think you will be surprised by this!! This sheet is not specifically to Wisconsin, it also applies to many other states and countries.

PS: You might not know many of these toxic substances but by looking at how they are spelled gives you a hint and an advantage for when you see something that looks like it; remember that natural things are often simple when spelled.

The following fact sheets are designed to provide basic information
about toxic chemical exposure for the general public. Each fact sheet
provides a brief overview of a specific chemical, common exposure
pathways, and possible health risks.

Note: These fact sheets do not represent all toxic chemicals. The fact
sheets are to support, but not replace, professional toxicological
